Building a smart city with trust: the case of ‘156 central’ of Curitiba-Brazil

Resumen


Curitiba es un ejemplo de la interaccion gobierno / ciudadano, la "Central 156", un centro de llamadas creado en la década de 1980 para establecer un medio directo de comunicación entre los ciudadanos y el ayuntamiento. El objetivo principal de este artículo es analizar el proceso de gestión estatal/ciudadana en Curitiba, vinculándolo a los conceptos de ciudades inteligentes y confianza con base en la experiencia de la Central 156. La metodología incluye investigación documental y estadística, así como entrevistas a profundidad y análisis comparativas. De esta forma, la Central 156 mejora la comunicación e integración entre los actores aumentando la confianza y efectividad de los servicios prestados en la ciudad.
