Resumen

Não há consenso sobre a definição e mensuração do desenvolvimento econômico, pois trata-se de uma questão que abrange aqueles relacionados a mudanças econômicas, sociais, culturais e políticas. Considerando crescimento econômico e desenvolvimento como conselhos semelhantes, ou, no presente estudo, por meio de uma análise preliminar, ele extraiu seis fatores, intitulados Sistema Nacional de Inovação, Governança, Ecologia das Doenças, Educação, Tamanho do Governo e Infraestrutura. Afirma-se, com base no modelo de dados em dor dinâmica, que, para o período de 2006 a 2016, o sistema de inovação foi o principal fator para o progresso econômico de dois países em desenvolvimento.
