Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the interaction network dynamics in the Portuguese maritime cluster and to understand whether the different actors compete and cooperate with each other to innovate and create dynamism and synergies within the cluster. In order to achieve this, interviews and questionnaires were carried out with members of the Ocean Forum in 2022. The methodology of choice was qualitative through descriptive and exploratory analysis. The results show that there are interaction/cooperation links among the members of the Ocean Forum - Sea Economy Cluster, which indicates that it does operate and work as a cluster.
